The Radiology Express staff is available to answer any questions you have regarding an exam or procedure. Feel free to call our center with specific questions or peruse our frequently asked questions for general information.
Radiology Express sends your films on CD or digitally to your physician, who can provide them to you upon request. If you need an additional copy, there may be a nominal fee. Please contact our Medical Records department for information at (954) 426-3006, Option 4.
Bring your complete insurance information including your insurance card, ID number, and Group number.
Some plans do require pre-authorization. Check with yours to see if this is necessary. Your insurance company can also answer any questions you may have about what is covered and how much is my co-pay or co-insurance.
If you are concerned about paying for your procedure out-of-pocket, call the Radiology Express Billing department at (954) 426-3006, Option 3. We will give you an estimate and work with you in setting up a payment plan.
Radiology Express will make every effort to schedule a date and time that are convenient for you and your schedule. Radiology does not have extended hours, as yet, but will accommodate each and every patient.
Wear comfortable clothing that is metal-free. It may be necessary to have you change into a patient gown depending on the area being scanned.
